MAC Lip Pencil Collection | Some Nudes

I think if  you asked most girls would say that MAC is one of their all time favourite make up brands, due to the high quality, the wide variety and the affordable mid-price range that it offers. It is a brand that offers so many different strands and avenues into make up that everyone can find something that they love, whether it be the foundation, the many lipsticks that they have to offer or the beautiful range of eye shadows... what I am trying to say is that there is definitely something for everyone.

The MAC lip pencils are some of the most sought after products from their range now due to the huge attention garnered through Kylie Jenner's growing pout, the nude lip pencils especially. The colours that are shown here are said to be worn by the teenage star, boldly bare, spice, stripdown and the pro longwear pencil colour nice 'n' spicy.

I have found these lip pencils a delight to work with and as you already probably know are of high quality and are really affordable, they are the right texture and go on nice and smoothly on the skin due to the softness of the pencil.

I have displayed below how the colours come out once on the skin, (from left to right) nice 'n' spicy, boldly bare, stripdown and spice.

Double Denim

FINAAAAAALLLYY some sun in England, I hope you all had a lovely day in the sunshine yesterday guys! Double denim has well and truly made a mark on the fashion industry, it has become a fashion trend that is loved widely by all strokes of people. This trend has definitely been highly influenced by the Kardashians and the Jenners, they do love to rock this sort of look with there heels and their designer bags, I'll just stick to my H&M slip-ons and my Matalan sunglasses. ha!

Oversized Shirts & Mini Skirts

A white shirt is such a staple piece in any woman's wardrobe, it is the perfect solution when you need something quick and simple but still makes you look effortlessly chic in every way. They are perfect to pair with jeans, skirts, shorts, culottes or pretty much anything that goes on the bottom half of ones body. There are lots of different cuts of shirts that are perfect for all women, I feel these sorts of shirts are perfect for days when we're feeling lethargic or bloated cos lets face it, we all feel like that sometimes right? Oversized shirts are perfect for feeling comfortable and you STILL looking pretty damn cool.

Here I have just paired it with a simple denim skirt that I got from eBay for £1.99, can't believe the bargains you can find on there sometimes. I'd really recommend just browsing on there, you never know what you might find on the off chance.

You What? More Culottes?

Culottes are so in right now, to be honest with you I think they're here for the long run. They are the perfect addition to your English summer wardrobe and will definitely be keeping up appearances throughout the autumn. If any of you guys are like me and like to keep things simple but get sick of wearing jeans and trousers all the time, then culottes are definitely a great alternative and keep you looking consistently chic.

I must admit I was a bit weary when ordering these from the Topshop sale because sometimes, bottoms that are of this cut can make short girls (like myself) look bigger than what we are but thankfully, they fit like a glove and happen to be quite flattering. (I hope!)

I've decided to pair them with a white top, this is perfect day out/date night attire, this outfit is of smart/casual dress code which is perfect for pretty much all occasions. The shoes are such a perfect purchase for anyone who like myself needs a little bit of height but isn't keen on wearing heels throughout the day. They are a perfect shoe to wear from day to night and are super comfortable, which I was pleasantly surprised at...

Highlight Your Life | Laura Mercier

When doing a make-up look that is ready for a night out, it is nice to add that little something extra to make your look really stand out and not to mention catching the camera well when having pictures taken throughout the night (which is inevitable).

Laura Mercier is renowned for being a make-up brand favourite across the board and it's easy to see why, her products are really amazing, easy to use and of a really high standard. This made it an easy decision when I decided I needed a new highlighter and the Matte Radiance Baked Powder in the highlighter shade became the next addition to my growing make up collection. It is a nice highlighter shade that is suitable for any skin type or tone.

It is made from an ultra-smooth baked formula which is guaranteed to give your skin a healthy glow, just naturally enhancing your face. As it's matte it only gives your face a subtle sheen, which is all anyone really needs - less is definitely more when it comes to highlighting your face.

It is of a perfect consistency and super pigmented, meaning you only have to lightly press your brush, fingers or applicator against it to get a perfect amount of product to play around with. Granted this product is quite pricey at £25 but I personally think it is money well spent because let's face it, your highlighter doesn't get the most amount of use as it is used sparingly.

New In | Lipsticks

A girl can never have too many lipsticks right?! This is something that I'm sure I will say forever but I am right, right?! I think lipsticks are that one bit of make up where there are so many different variations that you can go a bit crazy and buy as many different colours/textures/finishes as you like...

Recently I picked up these two lovely, completely different lipsticks. One of them being a YSL sheer shiny nude lip, it is such a simple, natural and gorgeous colour, it glides beautifully on the lips and leaves them feeling so moisturized. I'd wanted to try the YSL lipsticks for some time but had never forked out the money for them before because as we all know, they are quite pricey. This lipstick is so perfect for days where you want a very natural/next to nothing make up look, it leaves an almost gloss like finish which is perfect for girls that suffer with dry cracked lips. The only downside to this lipstick is, for the price I was expecting a lot more pigmentation but I found applying a lip pencil before applying it works really well.

If you're looking for a matte red lip, then please look no further. This Kendall Jenner lipstick is a must have in every woman's make up collection! This 'restless' red is so so perfect for that classic red lip look, whether you are going on a date, on a night out or you just fancy giving yourself a little spruce, then this is the lipstick you need. As I have said before, Estee Lauder never ever disappoint with their products and this lipstick is definitely an example of how hard they work on their collections to produce something so sultry and gorgeous. This lipstick is super long-wearing and simply just oozes sex appeal.

Amazing Bronzer | Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess

I feel like I am pretty late with this purchase, all over the bloggersphere bloggers talk about this bronzer and how it is a holy grail product of theirs and for a huge amount of women. After reading so many positive reviews I decided to take the plunge and purchase it and I couldn't be more pleased with the results it gives. For all you ladies that find it hard to get a bronzer that goes on the skin so well and has great lasting power then this is the product for you. The colour, the finish and the packaging is just wonderful.

Estee Lauder never disappoints and so I wasn't really worried about this product not being right for me, as I knew it would be. The sheer size of the product is such a winner in my books - it's nice to know that you will get a lot of use out of a product, Estee Lauder also gift it with a large compact mirror and a useful make up brush, making it perfect to use whilst on the go or for touch ups. The circumference size of this product makes it perfect for swirling a large brush around and bronzing all over your face/neck.

It is a product that can be used for all skin types, due to the 4 different shades, the light, medium and two darker shades means that everyone - whatever skin colour you have can get great use out of this product.

At £33 it is quite a pricey product and I can understand some of us don't have the cash to buy a bronzer for that price however when you want to get great quality, sometimes it is better off paying that little bit extra, this product would also last you a very long time due to it's size and quality.

Miracle 3 Minute Tan | St. Tropez

Fake tan, it has always been a mystery to me how some girls can apply it and it looks so good, no streaks, no water marks and no bruise-looking patches across their arms and legs - I am one of those girls that can never get it right. I find it such a chore applying fake tan and making sure I have it spread out evenly across my body, not to mention how much of a mess I make whilst I'm doing it.

Gradual Tan In Shower Lotion

This is where this product has saved my life, it has made the tanning process less tedious and much less time consuming and much easier for the likes of people like me and maybe you, who can never apply their tan just right. I first come across the product whilst in Superdrug and was very intrigued at the fact you only had to leave it on for 3 minutes for it do it's job, I of course was a bit apprehensive at first because most fake tans have to be left on overnight or for at least 2-3 hours but knowing St. Tropez is such a highly respected brand, I knew it was worth giving a go.

It so straight forward and simple and works by just applying it whilst you are wet in the shower, lathering it up and leaving it to soak in for just 3 minutes before you wash it off. (You can get a little cold in the shower - but it's worth it) This is a gradual tanner, so you don't see a massive change within the first few washes but after about the fifth or sixth use you see a real change in your skin, leaving it bronzed and beautiful. Another great thing about this product is because it is a gradual tanner you aren't left with any streaks or patches, it gives you a nice natural glow that builds up - the patches and the streaks are what I struggle with the most, so I am very happy with the outcome, over the past 2 weeks I have built up a nice natural looking tan.

I would say this is suitable even for really pale skin because of the building aspect it has to it - you see a change in your skin colour every day so you know when to quit.

At the moment in Boots, it has £5 off, so instead of it being £14.50 it is £9.50, I do really encourage you to give this tan a go, you will not be disappointed with the end result.

H & M & ZARA | Homewear Lusting

If you're anything like me and just love looking online at things that you would love to fill your house with then you'll love posts like this one. I know I'm going to fill my house top to bottom with little trinkets and nik naks, it'll be clutter central for sure.

Zara and H&M have some of the most gorgeous and unique pieces in stores at the moment. There are plenty of golds and silvers in all of the current collections and everyone that I speak to seems to love the metal theme, whether it is gold or silver. Below are some current favourites that I have had my eyes on recently. I especially love the cushion cover, I think it's the perfect colour inject to any room, whether it is a bedroom or a lounge.
